Until around 1927 her “Literary Salon” in Französische Straße 20 was host to many famous individuals including Prince Louis Ferdinand of Prussia, Heinrich Heine, the Mendelssohn family, Wilhelm von Humboldt and August Wilhelm Schlegel.
